Ownership

Schoolwright, including its products, command centres, written content, prompts, trackers, designs, branding and the name “Schoolwright”, is the original work of Keith Spencer and is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own school or practice. You may adapt it for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it publicly, or use it to build a competing product or service.

What you may not do

You may not copy, clone, reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically reproduce the structure, content, designs or workflows of this site, its products or its dashboards in order to recreate them or offer a similar product. Automated collection of the site is not permitted.

Accounts, keys and sharing

A licence is tied to the individual or school that bought it. Any access details, links, licence keys or logins we give you are for that buyer only. Sharing them so others can use the product without their own licence is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend access. School and multi-seat licences are available on request.

Refunds

Individual licences (Solo, $99 a year). If it is not right for you, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we refund you in full, no questions and no conditions.

School services (Founding School Setup and school licences). These are done-for-you services, so they work differently. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before build work begins. Once we start building, the commitment we make instead is that we keep adjusting your setup until it works for your team, for 90 days after handover, at no extra cost. If your school needs different terms, ask before raising a purchase order and we will put them in writing on the quote.

No warranty

The products are tools to support your professional judgement, not a replacement for it. Always follow your school's data-privacy and academic-honesty policies. The products are provided as is, without warranty.
