Built by a serving IB DP and CP Coordinator

Your programme, as a site people actually use.

Most schools keep TOK, CAS, the Reflective Project and the Extended Essay in a shared drive nobody can navigate, and answer the same six questions by email for two years. I build you one site that holds it properly: your dates, your subjects, your language, live on a phone, with print buttons.

£750. One payment. No annual fee, nothing to renew, and no IT project.

The first five schools pay £150. I want five I can name, and I am buying that with my own evenings rather than pretending the price is something else.

The one that already exists

Fairgreen International School, Dubai

Their DP Coordinator needed Theory of Knowledge to make sense to teachers across every subject group, not just to the TOK specialists. So I built it: TOK across all six groups, the exhibition and essay laid out by deadline, written from the full subject guides rather than the summaries, with print buttons added after their teachers asked for them.

It is live and public. Open it before you decide anything.

That one was free. Fairgreen’s coordinator had done me a good turn earlier in the year and I wanted to build it. This page exists because other people then asked for the same thing, and doing it for everyone for nothing is not a plan.

What yours could be

Theory of Knowledge

The exhibition and the essay, laid out by deadline, with the prompts and the assessment language in plain English.

CAS

Strands, experiences, the project and the three interviews, so students stop asking what counts.

The Reflective Project

The ethical dilemma, the drafts, the viva, and what the supervisor actually has to do.

Extended Essay

The chain backwards from the upload deadline, subject by subject, with the reflection sessions in the right places.

DP and CP pathways

What the programme is, who it suits, and what the next two years look like, for parents and students.

Whatever your problem actually is

If your version of this is a folder of PDFs nobody can find, that is the thing to fix.

£750, and what that means

Under the amount most coordinators and heads of programme can approve without starting a procurement process. That is deliberate. Against the alternative, which is thirty or forty hours of your own time, it is not really a close call.

The first five schools pay £150.

I have one site I can point at. I want five, in different schools and different programmes, that I am allowed to name. Until I have them, the price is £150 and I am the one paying the difference in evenings. When the fifth one is done this stops, and I will say so here rather than quietly leave it up.

Included
  • A live site, built to your school's dates, subjects and structure
  • Written in your terminology, British or American, IB language correct
  • Works on a phone, because that is where students read it
  • Print buttons, because teachers still print
  • Public, or behind a password, your choice
  • Hosted and live, with no annual fee and nothing to renew
  • A fortnight of changes after it goes live, no limit on how many
Not included, on purpose
  • Anything that stores student data. These sites hold guidance, dates and structure, never names, grades or safeguarding information. It keeps you out of a data protection review and it keeps me out of your systems.
  • A login system, unless you want one. Most schools do not.
  • A replacement for ManageBac, Toddle or your MIS. This sits alongside them and answers the question they are bad at: what do I actually have to do, and by when.
If the money is the problem, say so.

Budgets are tight nearly everywhere and I know exactly what that feels like from the inside. If the price is genuinely the thing stopping your students having this, write to me and say that. I have built one of these for nothing already and I would rather it existed than sat behind a price. That is not a discount code or a limited offer, it is just how I would want to be treated.

A second programme for the same school is £500, and the whole core done at once is £1,800. If you are one of the first five, all of that scales down with you.

“We could build something like this ourselves for nothing.”

You could, and some schools should. The honest question is not what it costs, it is what it costs you. If a free tool and my site both existed in front of you, finished, and the price were identical, which one would your teachers actually use in November? Answer that first. If it is the free one, build the free one and I mean that. If it is not, then the gap between them is what you are deciding about, not £750.

How it actually goes

  1. 1
You tell me what is broken

One email. What the programme is, when your deadlines fall, and what people keep asking you the same question about.

  2. 2
    I build it

Usually within a week. You get a link before you pay anything, and if it is wrong I fix it or you walk away owing nothing.

  3. 3
    You pay once

When you are happy with it, not before. £150 while the first five places are open, £750 after that.

  4. 4
    It stays live

No annual fee. Two weeks of changes afterwards, as many as you want. After that, message me and I will usually just do it.

Keith Spencer
Who builds it
Keith Spencer

I am a serving IB Diploma and Career-related Programme Coordinator and Head of Mathematics, with more than twenty years in international schools. I am not an agency and I am not a startup. I build these in the evenings because I needed them myself first.

That is the whole reason they are any good. I know what a CP core looks like when it is going wrong, why the Extended Essay reflection sessions get missed, and what a coordinator is actually doing at 9pm in November. You will not have to explain any of it to me.
