What this is for
This is your wellbeing workflow and oversight tool, not a case-management record. It holds the actions you own: referrals to follow up, the counselling waitlist, whole-school programmes and the themes across the school, so nothing slips. It does not hold, and you should not enter, a student's confidential counselling notes or case details; those stay in your school's secure system (such as CPOMS or MyConcern). Here you track your steps and spot the patterns; there you keep the record.
